Steven Okun, founder and CEO, has more than 25 years experience across government, public affairs, and communications and has lived and worked in Asia since 2003.
Driving the company's financial services sustainability consultancy, Steve's hands-on approach ensures client-centric service at the most senior level.
Steven is a sought-after speaker on US politics and foreign policy and its nexus to business, increasingly with a focus on sustainability.
A frequent analyst for CNBC and Channel News Asia, he also authors regular commentary for The Straits Times, CNA, Eco-Business and Nikkei.
He also serves as the Senior Advisor in ASEAN for the Global Capital Private Association, and is a member of their global ESG and impact working groups.
He served in the Administration of President Clinton as Deputy General Counsel at the U.S. Department of Transportation and worked on numerous U.S. presidential campaigns. He created and led public affairs for KKR Asia Pacific from 2011-2017, including implementing their ESG policy in the region.

Noemie Viterale
Noemie is a regulatory and public affairs advisor with experience in stakeholder engagement, advocacy, and policy development across Asia and Europe. She supports clients navigating complex political, regulatory, and responsible investment landscapes. Prior to joining APAC Advisors, she worked at Public Policy Asia Advisors and held roles at the Singapore Institute of International Affairs and Asia Philanthropy Circle. Noemie represented Southeast Asia at COP27 and holds a background in law, international relations, and media.

Megan Willis
Megan is a sustainability and social impact expert with over 20 years of experience advising public and private sector clients on responsible investment, sustainability strategy, and ESG integration. She has held leadership roles at USAID, Cargill, and Unilever, and specializes in aligning financial returns with impact goals. Megan supports investors in evaluating ESG performance and helps companies identify material risks and opportunities. She holds an MBA from MIT Sloan and a Master’s in International Economics from Johns Hopkins SAIS.
